I am a sculptor; I have been practicing
and teaching for twenty two years. Two years ago
I discovered Peter Sheehy's Pilates classes. Like
Joseph Pilates Peters passionate intensity is like
art, he seems to mould bodies as if they were made
of clay.
Joseph Pilates spent more than 30 years researching
the effects of exercise on health and fitness.
Anatomy and physiology form a bridge between the
two disciplines.
I share this passion and I am now combining my
passion for sculpture and teaching with my new
found love for the Pilates method.
