From the moment I practised my first Pilates video 6 years ago I fell in love with it straight away! It made losing weight and staying tone & fit so easy! I have always shared my passion of Pilates with all my friends & family and knew that one day I could professionally instruct Pilates and show the world how wonderful it really is. I am now currently completing extensive training through the Australian Pilates Academy to become a certified Pilates Instructor.
