Tiffany is a smart and strategic instructor. She adapts movements to the audience and has successfully managed to integrate complete novices with exercise gurus in the corporate class environment. I have personally found her consistently reliable and motivating. her manner is gentle and encouraging. She gets the best out of people, inspiring them to excel for their own benefit and health. After a serious illness and five months off work, I returned to classes with Tiffany. She was encouraging and helped me back to strength. Tiffany doesn’t just instruct. She helps people manage their health.

When I first came along to Pilates, I thought it would be relatively straight forward, because I was already reasonably fit. How wrong I was! For the first few months my "core" kept reminding me it was most unhappy. I really look forward to coming to Tiffany's class each Monday. I can feel the benefits to my health and also to my cycling as well. Still working on those tight hamstrings though !

Tiffany's dedication and professionalism is nothing short of outstanding. The structure and variety of individual exercises introduced, together with the relaxation session at the end of each class makes participating in your classes a most enjoyable means of exercising.
