Tiffany has been working with the Pilates technique for several years now. Originally practicing the technique as a student under the training of Peter Sheehy, and from there went on to train as an instructor with Peter through the Australian Pilates Academy.

Tiffany has always participated in dance and various sports, remaining active and fit, and after experimenting with many different forms of exercise techniques, discovered Pilates. Shifting her focus to flexibility and core training, Tiffany connected with the definition of Pilates.

Pilates has become a passion for Tiffany and her philosophy on training is that it has to be safe, effective and keeping up with the latest developments in health and exercise research. Bringing attention to detail within all her training programs, Tiffany aspires to help each client to develop their core muscle strength and flexibility through a calm, but disciplined approach in a friendly atmosphere.

Tiffany feels “pilates is a fundamental ingredient of life: enabling you to make the most of any other physical activity”.

Tiffany's dedication and professionalism is nothing short of outstanding.
